Company
Cobham Satcom’s military division delivers resilient, mission-critical satellite and radio communication solutions engineered to keep defense forces connected in the most demanding environments. As part of a global leader in satellite communications technology, we design, develop, and manufacture ruggedized terminals, tracking antennas, and secure communications systems that support real-time information exchange across land, sea, and airborne platforms. Trusted by military, government, and defense partners worldwide, our solutions enable secure, uninterrupted connectivity that strengthens situational awareness, enhances operational effectiveness, and ensures mission success whenever and wherever communication is essential.
Challenge
Being brought on as Cobham Satcom’s U.S.-based Marketing Director in a contract role presented several complex challenges. I worked closely with the marketing team in Denmark, where Cobham Satcom’s parent company is based, to align strategy and execution across regions. The scope included redefining the company’s visual direction, establishing a cohesive design language, and supporting the launch of a new GDS division. Through close collaboration and clear creative leadership, I successfully implemented updated visual themes and design standards across both the U.S. and Denmark offices, creating consistency while supporting business growth initiatives.
